I’ve lived through my share of challenges, childhood trauma, the loss of both parents, and the ups and downs of a 25-year marriage that we almost walked away from. I’m a mom to two teens who were born with medical challenges, and I’ve walked alongside my daughter through self-harm and a suicide attempt. I’m also a bonus mom and a grandmother. Through it all, I’ve learned the value of being truly heard and having your pain witnessed. I know life can feel heavy, and sometimes what we need most is simply a safe space to let it out. I’m here to listen.
